I Still Believe, Brenda K. Starr
"Each day of my life I'm filled with all the joy I could find. You know

have a second chance."

#19

You've gotta put back the double-knit, reversable slacks"

Going Back To Cali, LL Cool J
"I'm going back to Cali, rising, surprising

Her bikini - small; heels - tall

She showed me a beach, gave me a peach
and pulled out the suntan lotion"

#12

Can't see through this veil across my heart, over you.

You were the first, you'll be the last."

And the rain
To quietly pass me by"

Wow ... a solid list. A few thoughts:
"Parent's Just Don't Understand" ... I knew that song backwards and forwards.

"When It's Love" ... one of the few Van Hagar ballads I actually liked.

"Going Back To Cali" ... used to CRANK that in my 1980 Pontiac Sunbird (the sound system was easily worth more than the car).

"Pour Some Sugar On Me", "Sweet Child O' Mine" and "Hysteria" ... that was the summer of '88 right there ... nice!
